1. Services Provided

Virginia Asphalt Services Inc. provides professional asphalt services, including but not limited to paving, sealcoating, crack filling, striping, and maintenance, throughout Central Virginia including Charlottesville, Albemarle, Louisa, Fluvanna, Nelson, Greene, Orange, Madison, and Culpeper counties.

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions, and estimates are provided based on property conditions at the time of assessment.

2. Quotes and Payments

Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A deposit may be required before project commencement.

Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.

Accepted forms of payment may include cash, check, or other methods disclosed during service arrangement.

Late payments may incur additional charges and collection fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. Please notify us at least 48 hours

in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Work delayed due to inclement weather will be rescheduled promptly at no additional charge.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

Driveways, lots, or service areas are clear of vehicles, debris, and obstructions.

Pets and children are kept away from the work zone during service.

Any underground systems (sprinklers, utility lines, etc.) are disclosed to us in advance.

We are not liable for damage to hidden systems not disclosed during scheduling.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in delivering high-quality services Virginia Asphalt Services Inc. is not liable for:

Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance.

Weather-related effects (e.g., rain, snow, extreme heat) occurring after service completion.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Virginia Asphalt Services Inc. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or refuse service to anyone for violations of these Terms or any unlawful behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Virginia.
